Here's what some of them thought about this course

Attended the Knife Sharpening Workshop at Community Cutlery. Highly recommended. Gaz breaks the steps so they are easy to understand and replicate. I left with a very sharp knife and a new skill to use moving forward. Enjoyable evening led by a top guy!

Had a few knives sharpened by Community Cutlery so decided to learn for myself. I booked on a knife sharpening course which was really useful, Gaz explained the theory really clearly. I'm now much more confident sharpening at home. Would highly recommend this course..😁👌

Hi 👋

I'm a professional sharpener, based in Yorkshire in the north of England.

My partner and I run a business called Community Cutlery, importing and selling kitchen knives from around the world and of course, sharpening.

Since the business began in 2019 I've sharpened thousands of knives by hand and taught hundreds of people how to sharpen, usually from our shop in Ilkley but also at festivals and private events around the UK.

I want to help you get over the hurdles that have held you back and turn you into a confident and competent home sharpener, who can get their knives razor sharp, every time.
